Regal Hair ("we," "us") operates the website regalhairinc.com, our chat assistant, and our messaging channels on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact or book with us, and how we use it.
WHAT WE COLLECT When you message us or book an appointment, we may collect: your name, phone number, the contents of your chat messages, your appointment details (service, date, time), and, if you contact us through social media, your profile name on that platform. Our website may also collect standard analytics information (such as pages visited).
OUR CHAT ASSISTANT USES AI Messages sent to our chat channels may be answered by an automated virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. Your messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses, and conversations are stored on our secure hosting provider (Railway) so we can review quality and improve our service. You can ask to speak with a human team member at any time.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use your information to respond to your questions, schedule and manage appointments, follow up about your bookings, and improve our customer service. We do NOT sell your personal information.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH We share information only with the service providers that make our business run: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp messaging), Anthropic (AI message processing), Railway (hosting), Vagaro (appointment booking), and payment providers you choose to use (such as Cherry or Afterpay). Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT We keep chat and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations.
YOUR CHOICES & DATA DELETION You may request a copy of your information or ask us to delete your chat and contact records at any time. To request deletion, email us at orders@regalcosmetic.com with the name and phone number you used, or send us the request in any of our chat channels, and we will confirm when it is done.
CHILDREN Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
CHANGES If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page.
